Truckers to Protest in Columbus on I-70

Truck drivers along the I-70 highway between Springfield & Columbus are staging a protest for today. Drivers will reportedly reduce their speed and “slow-roll” between London and Columbus Ohio. The demonstration is in regards to federal transport regulations and local authorities have recommended diverting around the area if possible.

The trucking community’s patience has been wearing thin over the last several years with more and more regulation and fees coming from recent legislation.
