Truckers throughout the United States are working longer hours than ever before with the recent COVID-19 global pandemic. Truckers are placing themselves at a higher risk for transaction as they are traveling across state lines and are starting to see more limiting options for food, rest stops and other creature comforts.
Chris Bordes, a truck driver from Rhode Island, who tested positive for COVID-19 shared his story and thoughts on the global pandemic this past week. Chris drives all throughout the northeastern portion of the United States, mainly New York and Rhode Island, and recently began to show the common symptoms of COVID-19.
